Over the Edge Richmond, home of Special Olympics Virginia’s inaugural Over the Edge event in 2009, invites the truest of fans to rappel 25 stories (almost 400 feet!) from the roof of the SunTrust Center in downtown Richmond to the sidewalk below. This year’s event will take place on Friday, Oct 18, with a VIP/Media rappel day on Thursday, Oct 17. Registration is limited to the first 75 rappellers, so register now!

Schedule of events:

• Thursday, October 17 - Media Rappel Day (1-4pm)

• Thursday, October 17 - Pre-Rappel Party and packet pick up (details TBD)

• Friday, October 18 - Full day of rappelling (9am - 5pm)
